AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is an oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company. The Company is focused on delivering medicines for patients with cancer. The Company's commercial product include FOTIVDA (tivozanib), which is an oral, vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) and tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). The Company markets FOTIVDA (tivozanib) in the United States for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory renal cell carcinoma (RCC) following two or more prior systemic therapies. The Company's pipeline of product candidates includes ficlatuzumab, AV-380, AV-203 and AV-353. Its ficlatuzumab is a potent humanized immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody that targets hepatocyte growth factor (HGF).
