AvePoint, Inc. provided financial guidance for the third quarter and full year of 2022. For the third quarter, the company's total revenue is expected to be in the range of $62 million to $64 million or approximately 17% year-over-year growth, 23% adjusted for constant currency.
For the full year, the company's total revenue is expected to be in the range of $230.0 million to $234.0 million or approximately 21% year-over-year growth, 26% adjusted for constant currency.
