DELISTING AND CANCELLATION OF THE

€115,000,000 FLOATING RATE COVERED BONDS DUE 25 MAY 2023

Notice is hereby given to inform the holders of the €115,000,000 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 25 May 2023 - ISIN Code: IT0005331290 (the "Covered Bonds") issued by Banca Carige S.p.A. under the €3,000,000,000 Covered Bond Programme (Obbligazioni Bancarie Garantite), unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Carige Covered Bond S.r.l. that Banca Carige S.p.A., in its capacity as Issuer, on 26 September 2022 has redeemed, cancelled and delisted an amount equal to €115,000,000, being the entire amount of the Covered Bonds.

In light of the above, on 26 September 2022, the Covered Bonds have been redeemed, cancelled and delisted for an amount equal to €115,000,000, being the entire amount of the Covered Bonds.
