Banco de Chile announced that at the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on March 27, 2014, the Board of Directors
appointed Juan José Bruchou, Andrónico Luksic Craig as Directors for a new three years term. The company also announced that at the ordinary Board of Directors meeting held on March 27, 2014, it appointed Pablo Granifo Lavín as President, Andrónico Luksic Craig and Francisco Aristeguieta Silva as Vice-President.
