Bank FK Otkrytiye : Vadim Kulik to be Appointed First Deputy Chairman of Otkritie Holding’s Management Board

In this capacity, Vadim will be responsible for developing Otkritie Group's strategy, managing the integration processes within the Group and the associated risks, and creating new intragroup synergies.

Vadim Kulik has been working in the financial sector since 1995. From 2004 to 2008, he was senior vice-president of VTB24, overseeing the bank's divisions responsible for lending and risk. In 2008, Vadim joined Sberbank where he headed the management team working on the establishment of a central lending back office for retail clients. Until 2017, Vadim led the technology and risk departments at Sberbank as deputy Chairman of the management Board.
