Northeast Tiger Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. entered into the equity transfer agreement to acquire the remaining 10% stake in Anhui Baytacare Health Data Co., Ltd. from Zhonghe Beidou Information Technology Co., Ltd. for nil consideration.

Baytacare Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., formerly Northeast Tiger Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., is principally engaged in the sales of pharmaceutical products. The Company mainly operates through two business segments. The Medicines Business segment is engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of medicines. The Chinese Herbs Business segment is engaged in the planting, cultivation and sales of Chinese herbs. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in Mainland China. The Company is also engaged in the investment holding business through its subsidiaries in the People's Republic of China (the PRC). Its principal subsidiary includes Antao County Northeast Tiger Xinxing New Products Co., Limited.
