BioEnergy - International AG announces schedule for delisting

(Grambach, December 7, 2016) On the basis of the voluntary public delisting purchase offer of BDI Beteiligungs GmbH, for which an offer document was published on November 9, 2016, BDI - BioEnergy International AG today applied for the revocation of the admission of its shares to trading in the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange ('Delisting'). The acceptance period for the delisting purchase offer of BDI Beteiligungs GmbH expires on December 8, 2016 at 12.00 pm. BDI - BioEnergy International AG expects the delisting to be effective by the end of December 22, 2016.
