Begbies Traynor : Statement regarding Miracle World Ventures Limited (In Liquidation) operating as “Globix” or “Globix Cash” (“the Company”)

Brian Robert Simpson, Adrian Hyde and Joanne Wild, of Begbies Traynor ("the Liquidators"), were appointed as Liquidators of Miracle World Ventures Limited on 10 March 2023.

Following their appointment, the Liquidators are making contact with all known creditors and investors/customers, who should expect to be contacted over the coming 2 days.

A virtual town hall meeting will be hosted by Monday, 20 March 2023, at which the Liquidators will provide an update, and creditors and investors will have the opportunity to pose questions.

Adrian Hyde commented on behalf of the Liquidators:

"At this early stage of the liquidation we are developing a strategy to protect the assets of the Company and those under its management for the benefit of the creditors, with our initial focus on securing the crypto assets and the Company's operating platform alongside establishing the circumstances leading to the Company's liquidation.

"Liquidation processes, particularly where crypto assets are concerned, can take time to conclude but we will provide regular updates for customers and creditors directly, and frequent opportunities for Q&As. "
