APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 26 January 2021 in relation to the resignation of Mazars as the Company's auditor (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board hereby announces that Ernst & Young has been appointed as the new auditor of the Company with effect from 26 February 2021 to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of Mazars and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.

CONTINUED TRADING SUSPENSION OF THE SHARES OF THE COMPANY

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange was suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 18 January 2021 and will remain suspended until the Company fulfills the resumption guidance provided by the Stock Exchange on 24 February 2021.
