Ehningen, 23.10.2023 - With the acquisition of evopro systems engineering AG, Bertrandt is continuing to advance its corporate strategy by further expanding its range of services. In the future, the engineering service provider will therefore be able to offer even more comprehensive support for its customers in production services in an end-to-end process.

With the acquisition of evopro systems engineering AG, Bertrandt is expanding its range of services in order to meet its customers' requirements in the field of production services even more efficiently, both in the automotive sector and in other industries.

"evopro is a technology service provider for industrial requirements and is engaged in the development of solutions in the production and development environment. evopro's around 100 employees have extensive expertise and experience in this area, which allows us to further expand our range of services and serve our customers' requirements in the best possible way," said Markus Ruf, Member of the Management Board of Bertrandt AG.

The company evopro provides cross-technology solutions in automation technology and mechanical engineering, for example in the field of machine vision systems and robotics. In addition, evopro develops software solutions in the field of data acquisition and evaluation in the cloud. It also specializes in the development of individual and customer-specific software solutions.

evopro sees the acquisition by the Bertrandt Group as offering the best future perspectives for further expanding its business in the long term. No details are being revealed regarding the purchase price.
