Reporting to the CEO of the leading manager and factor of public healthcare receivables in Italy, Spain and Portugal (over Euro 6 bn receivables managed in 2015).

• Started up and currently in charge of inaugural fully online savings product for retail investors in Italy ("Conto Facto"), launched in September 2014 and able to raise over Euro 450 mm to date.

• Also started up and in charge of similar product in Spain ("Cuenta Facto"), fully online, launched in August 2015 and able to raise over Euro 250 mm to date.

  Reporting to the CEO. Main achievements include:

• In charge of long term planning for Banca Farmafactoring and Spanish subsidiary Farmafactoring España SA. Led creation of Group's business plans in 2012 and 2014.

• Led successful application for banking license and transformation of company into a bank.

• In charge of debt funding on non-bank channels, including long-only funds, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, both domestically and internationally. Executed Eur 300 mm unsecured bond and three securitizations with a combined Euro 420 mm size.

• Evaluated bolt-on M&A opportunities both domestically and internationally, and exit options for majority private equity shareholder Apax Europe VI.

  In charge of deal execution (overall deal team coordination, negotiating with vendors and providers of finance, designing transaction structures, performing due diligence), deal generation and portfolio management (Farmafactoring SpA, Sisal SpA and Truvo). Main achievements include:

• Executed Euro 209 mm acquisition of Farmafactoring SpA.

• Executed Euro 1.14 bn acquisition of Sisal SpA, #2 lottery and betting operator in Italy.

  Member of the Debt Capital Markets team, in charge of origination and execution of straight debt and

• Executed over Euro 4.0 bn investment grade and sub-investment grade bonds for Italian corporates.

  Worked on M&A and Corporate Finance projects in the Investment Banking Division. Among other things:

• Executed Euro 2.2 bn dual tranche equity and equity-linked offering for major German tech group.

• Advised major European media and technology group in the rationalisation of its media assets. Executed valuations and presented to the client. Deal eventually aborted due to market conditions.
