Sub: Update on Scheme of Amalgamation of Bharnt Gas Resources Limited ("Transferor Company") with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited ("Company") and their respective sha,·eholders

Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Further to our intimation dated 22.3.2021, please note that the Company has received a copy of the Order issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi ("MCA") sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Transferor Company with the Company and their respective shareholders under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ("Scheme")

The Scheme will be made effective by the Transferor Company and the Company by filing copy of the Order of the MCA with the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies. The Company will keep you posted in this regard.
