The Bank of Moscow reduces the rate for mortgage loans by 1 pp. From June 4 a unified interest rate in roubles for all mortgage programmes will amount to 14.95% per annum subject to complex insurance. If complex insurance is not chosen, the loan interest rate is set at the level of 15.95%.
The rate for "Mortgage with Government Support" Programme, according to which one may purchase an apartment on the primary market, remains at the level of 12% per annum. Under all loan agreements, already signed with the Bank of Moscow, the obligations are to be fulfilled by the Bank on initial terms.
