Bank of Moscow Cards Took Leading Positions Among Best Banking Loyalty Programmes in 2015, According to Frank Research Group

Frank Research Group has analysed various loyalty programmes offered by 50 largest banks of Russia for a credit cards portfolio.

In its "Banking Loyalty Programmes Research: 2015", the FRG has selected the most attractive offers for classic cards holders in four categories, in two of which the Bank of Moscow has become one of the best: the best airline miles earning programmes and the best CashBack programmes. Key criteria to select the winners were benefits, payback period and convenience for card holders.

Co-branding S7-Bank of Moscow-Visa card entered the top three bonus bank programmes to earn airline miles. Taking leadership positions among the best loyalty programmes was possible because the key product parameters and attractive miles earning conditions were retained during the crisis period:

  • 1 mile for 30 roubles spent via a card of "Classic" category;
  • 2000 welcome miles for a card of "Classic" category;
  • fixed interest rate for a credit card - 29.9% and 36.9%;
  • free SMS notification service.

"My Bonus" loyalty programme for holders of classic credit cards has entered the top 10 of the best CashBack programmes, according to FRG survey. Despite the fact that the Programme was launched a year ago, it has gained popularity among the Bank's clients. When joining My Bonus Programme, the Bank of Moscow clients can get back to their account up to 3% of the amount of purchasing with the credit card in the most popular categories of trade and service companies.
