Bank Moskvy AKB : of Moscow Presents a System of Electronic Document Circulation in the Internet ing for Corporate Clients

The Bank of Moscow announces the launch of Electronic Document Circulation, a new service for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. From now on the clients of the Bank of Moscow will be able to send documents to their counterparties in the Internet banking with help of БМ.doc system.

The БМ.doc system provides the following possibilities:
- exchange of electronic documents with counterparties (contracts, bills, work (services) acceptance certificates, invoices, goods consignment notes, free format documents) using an electronic signature,
- storage and processing of documents created by the client or received from the counterparties, including document signing, acceptance, etc.,
- integration with the Internet banking system (automated creation of payment documents in the Internet banking on the basis of the documents from БМ.doc),
- use of a single key carrier (USB token) with the Internet banking system,
- integration with the 1C:Accounting system,
- preparation of electronic documents for their subsequent provision on tax authorities request, etc.

All the documents created and processed in БМ.doc have legal value, the system allows its user to deliver and correct documents instantly. Moreover, owing to БМ.doc, payments for transactions accelerate, and the number of errors during the filling in of the documents reduces, while the system provides the documents' safekeeping.

"Simplification of client transactions, both payment-related and informational, is the key trend in the development of remote banking services for businesses. Besides current settlements, the БМ.doc electronic document circulation will allow our corporate clients to exchange remotely the documents having legal value with their external counterparties in the 'one window' mode.
