Piacenza, April 8th, 2016 -We inform you that one slate of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Sstatutory Auditors of Bolzoni S.p.A., has been duly presented by Penta Holding S.p.A., with registered office in Podenzano (Piacenza), Località I Casoni, in view of the shareholders' meeting to be held at the above indicated office of Bolzoni S.p.A headquarter, in Podenzano, Località I Casoni, convened on Friday April 29, 2016, at 10 a.m. (single call).
