Three appointments to the Boursorama Executive Committee

To support the growth of Boursorama, Marie Cheval, CEO, has appointed to the Executive Committee:
- Isabelle Salessy, Human Resources Director
- Sophie Dupeux, Risk and Permanent Control Director
- Patrick Rivière, Information Systems Director

Isabelle Salessy, 53, is graduated from the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon, the Ecole Nationale du Génie Rural des Eaux et des Forêts and from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises. She started her career at Unilever and she then joined Nestle France as a budgetary Controller, then as a Human Resources Manager in factory and finally as a training course Manager. In 2001, Isabelle Salessy joined the Société Générale group successively as a Human Resources Manager for ALD Automotive France and International, and then for Société Générale Consumer Finance. In 2010, she became project HR Manager for Société Générale in Moscow and was appointed in June 2012, Human Resources Manager of Boursorama. Sophie Dupeux, 43, graduated in Sciences et Techniques Banque Finance from Nantes University. She started in 1993 within the Crédit Agricole in corporate management. In 2002, she joined CaixaBank France as a project leader, and then as Deputy Director for internal control. After the acquisition of CaixaBank France by Boursorama, she became head of Permanent control. In November 2012, Sophie Dupeux was appointed Boursorama Risk and Permanent control Manager. Patrick Rivière, 49, graduated from the Ecole Centrale Paris. From 1996 to 1999, he managed the IT Research Department of Oracle France; he then joined the Euler Hermes Group as a research Manager, then as Head of the Euler Hermes Group IT Developments Department. In 2006, he became Head of IT of BNP Paribas Cardiff and from 2008 to 2011, he supervised the IT program within the « Etats Généraux de la Presse Ecrite » for the Presstalis Group. In June 2011, Patrick Rivière was appointed Director of Information Systems at Boursorama.

In total, the Executive Committee is composed of 11 people:
