  • Adjusted Free Cash Flow of EUR 78.6 million (2015: EUR 78.4 million)
  • Net leverage of 1.9 times (Net debt / Operating EBITDA) within the leverage target of 2.0 times or below on a pro-forma basis
  • Operating EBITDA / Net interest expense of 8.8 times (2015: 6.8 times)
• Goal set for profitable growth in 2017
  • Management has set the goal of moderately increasing revenues and operating income before exchange rate and consolidation effects
  • Sustaining Capex expected to be at a level of EUR 67 million, including Capex in acquired companies
  • Approximately EUR 15 million to be invested in future growth projects in 2017
