HITACHI CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY CO., LTD. FINALISES TAKEOVER BID FOR BRADKEN LIMITED(Monday, 10 April 2017) -Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (HCM) today announces that the HCM Offer closed at 7.00pm (AEST) on Friday, 7 April 2017 with final acceptances taking HCM's interest in Bradken to approximately 92.8%.
As announced on 31 March 2017, HCM has commenced the process of compulsorily acquiring all of the outstanding Bradken Shares in accordance with Part 6A.1 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
