Brazilian Gold Corporation (Brazilian Gold) is a public Canada-based, exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company has mineral interests in the Sao Jorge Gold Project, Brazil; the Boa Vista Gold Project, Brazil; the Santa Julia Gold Project; the Ouro Mil Gold Project, Brazil; the Tapajos Regional Project, Brazil, and the Rea Uranium Project, Alberta, Canada. The Tapajos Regional Project is located in the Tapajos Mineral Province (TMP) of Northern Brazil. The Rea Uranium Project is located in northeast Alberta on the western edge of the Athabasca Basin. The project covers 446,330 acres. The Company through its wholly owned subsidiary 0859953 B.C. Ltd holds the title to the properties. In November 2013, Brazil Resources Inc announced completion of acquisition of the Company.
