Breaker Resources NL is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in exploration, development and mining activities. The Company has a portfolio of 100% owned gold and base metals exploration projects, including one granted Mining Lease, 10 exploration licenses, and gold exploration rights that cover an area of approximately 830 square kilometers (km2). The Company's projects include Lake Roe Gold, Manna Lithium and Ularring Gold. The Lake Roe Gold Project is located between two operating gold mines approximately 100 kilometers (km) east of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. The project is situated between two operating gold mines on a southern extension of the 22Moz Laverton Tectonic Zone. The Ularring Rock Project is located approximately 100 km east of Perth and 45 km east of Chalice Mining's Julimar discovery. The Manna lithium deposit is located approximately 15 km south of its Lake Roe gold project.
