RBC Brewin Dolphin, one of the UK's leading wealth managers, announces the appointment of wealth advisers Edward Brown and Adam Gentry to its growing team at 8 Waterloo Place in St James's, London.

These appointments mark the continuing expansion of the team focusing on the '1762' proposition which focuses on clients with complex requirements, placing great emphasis on creating bespoke wealth planning, underpinned by a range of investment solutions.

Edward started his private banking career at Barclays in 2010, before joining Arbuthnot Latham in 2018. Edward focusses on those with complex financial needs, supporting them with a strategy to achieve their goals, follow their passions, and achieve their financial targets.

Adam also joins from Arbuthnot Latham & Co., where, since 2019, he was responsible for business development, predominantly focussing on new clients who required solutions across private banking, financial planning, wealth structuring and investment management. Adam works with entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals and their families at various stages of their 'wealth journey' from creation, through accumulation to distribution phase.

The team at 1762 has also been bolstered this year with three new wealth executives, in a spate of summer and autumn signings: Kitty Harrington joined from Stonehage Fleming; Ruta Rutenaite joined from Timothy James & Partners; and Carla Gardner joined from Hamish Leng & Co. Joss Mitchell also joined the team as a wealth director from GAM Investments.
