BTG Pactual announces its first quarter of 2017 results

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, May 9th, 2017 - Banco BTG Pactual ('Banco') and its respective subsidiaries, ('BTG Pactual') (BM&FBOVESPA: BPAC11) today reported total revenues of R$1,687.5 million and net income of R$842.6 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.
Adjusted net income per unit, and annualized return on average shareholders' equity ('Annualizaed ROAE') of BTG Pactual, were R$0.92 and 18.7%, respectively, for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.
As of March 31, 2017, total assets for BTG Pactual were R$125.2 billion, a 12% increase when compared to December 31, 2016 The BIS capital ratio for Banco BTG Pactual was 19.5%.
