('Bank') hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that its Board of Directors approved, on this date, the anticipation of the payment date of the proceedings approved on the Meeting of the Company's Board of Directors held on June 30, 2016 ('Meeting') to the 9th day of the month of November of 2016.

The payment of proceedings, in the form of interest on equity, will observe the terms and conditions established on the Meeting, as well as on the Notice to Shareholders issued to the market on June 30, 2016.
