Cloud company launches enhancements delivering more control, better visibility, enhanced reporting and new service level options.

Sydney, Australia, 21 October, 2015- Bulletproof (ASX:BPF) today announced the launch of its next generation Bulletproof Support™ for Amazon Web Services (AWS), significantly extending its market leadership.

As part of the revamped offering, Bulletproof will offer customers a choice of three new service levels: Bulletproof Support™ OnCall, Bulletproof Support™ Dedicated and Bulletproof Support™ Premium.

Across all three service levels, Bulletproof is adding new tools and capabilities over the next three months, signifying the next step in the evolution of Bulletproof Support™ and giving customers greater control, visibility and reporting.

Agnes Schliebitz, Bulletproof Director of Product Development explains the importance of the revamped Bulletproof Support™ offerings and what they mean for customers.

'Many customers have been asking us for more operational intelligence and greater control over their cloud services. With the new tools and features of our support offering, every Bulletproof Support™ for AWS customer will benefit from detailed and intelligent cost and usage reporting, self-service capabilities, consolidated system logging and visualisation.

The cost and usage reporting is a result of Bulletproof's partnership with CloudHealth Technologies and provides Bulletproof Support customers with access to the industry's leading Cloud reporting platform. CloudHealth technology will provide intelligent reporting across cost centres, analysis of usage and trends, plus cost recommendations that will allow customers to optimise their AWS environments from a technical and commercial perspective.

Bulletproof Support customers will also gain new self-service capabilities. Development teams will have the option to access the AWS console for everyday tasks such as provisioning services for development environments and configuring access and permissions to support development. This capability gives customers the ability to increase agility and work to even faster cycles.

New consolidated logging, reporting and visualisation options will provide Bulletproof Support customers with one central view of the activity across their overall cloud deployment across all locations and instances, regardless of the platform, system and application. This capability provides customers with real time insight into cloud environment performance and critical events.

Bulletproof Support Premium will provide additional support for the most critical environments, including an SLA of up to 100% availability for the production platform, advanced application level monitoring, and ongoing advisory with a Bulletproof Lead Engineer.

The Lead Engineer would closely engage with Bulletproof Support Premium customers providing additional support, working with the client to optimise, conducting regular environment reviews and helping oversee the overall engagement.

Bulletproof co-founder and CEO, Anthony Woodward, was excited to announce the new Bulletproof Support for AWS options.

'Bulletproof Support for AWS is evidence of our market leadership and our ongoing commitment to provide customers with the world's best Cloud services,' said Anthony.
