Bursa de Valori Bucuresti S.A. informs the shareholders that, on November 20, 2023, Mr. Nicusor Marian Buica, candidate registered on the List of candidates for the positions of member or member and Chairman of the Board of Governors at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of November 22/23, 2023 ("OGMS") notified that he withdraws his candidacy for the position of member of the Board of Governors of Bursa de Valori Bucuresti S.A.
Please take this information into account when casting your vote on item 2 of the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of BVB on 22/23.11.2023.
