CA Immo has successfully completed the sale of Mariahilfer Strasse 17 in Vienna. The buyer is IG Immobilien - the company has extensive experience in the management of mixed-use buildings in prime inner-city locations

Vienna, 22 December 2023 - Centrally located on Mariahilfer Strasse, one of Vienna's main shopping streets, the property totals c. 3,600 sqm of ground floor high street retail and above ground office space. Last reported occupancy was 92%.
