NOTICE OF HALF YEAR RESULTS

Capital & Regional, the convenience and community focused shopping centre REIT, will announce its results for the six months ended 30 June 2022 on Tuesday, 11 August 2022.

An in-person presentation for analysts and investors will be held at 11.00 a.m. UK time on the day, with a webcast and conference call also available.
