FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO

INSIDE INFORMATION

Reference is made to the announcement of Carnival Group International Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 10 March 2021 (the "Announcement") in relation to the bankruptcy reorganisation of an indirect non wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company 海上嘉年華 （青島）置業有限公司. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to provide further information to the shareholders and potential investors of the Company that the English translation names of each of 海上嘉年華（青島）置業 有限公司 and 龍信建設集團有限公司 is Rio Carnival (Qingdao) Property Co., Ltd.* and Longxin Construction Group Co., Ltd.* respectively.

This announcement is supplemental to and should be read in conjunction with the Announcement.
