WinCal XE™ is a comprehensive and intuitive on-wafer RF measurement calibration tool used to achieve accurate and repeatable S-parameter measurements, which are crucial for precision device modeling /characterization and engineering RFIC test.

  3. TeraHertz (THz) probing/calibration support

  7. Keysight PXI chassis based PNA (requires FW 3.0 or later)
  8. Rhode & Schwarz ZNB (requires FW 2.6 or later) (supports advanced calibration algorithms)

  9. With WinCal XE 4.7 we have moved away from the legacy hardware licensing model to a software licensing model. An easy to use tool has been included in WinCal, which makes activating/deactivating the license a breeze. If the computer you are using WinCal on is not connected to the internet, we have got you covered as well. There is an offline activation/deactivation that is just as easy to use with a few additional steps.
