PARIS, Dec 18 (Reuters) - French retailer Casino said in a statement it had enterered into exclusive negotiations to sell all of its hypermarkets and supermarkets to "Groupement Les Mousquetaires" (GLM) and Auchan Retail, based on a fixed enterprise value of 1.35 billion euros ($1.47 billion), excluding real estate.

The scope of integrated stores represents total sales for 2022 of around 3.6 billion euros excluding VAT (excluding petrol) for 313 stores, it said.

GLM owns French retailer Intermarche as well as DIY chains Bricorama and Bricomarche.
