5.Cause of occurrence:
The payment period for the Company's 2022 cash capital increase
subscription was due on July 20, 2022. The Company makes a call
for any shareholder/employee who fails to pay for subscriptions.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)In accordance with Article 142 and Article 266, Paragraph 3 of
the Company Act, the call period of payment is from July 21, 2022
to August 21, 2022 at 15:30. As the deadline is a holiday,
shareholders are advised to apply one working day in advance.
(2)The subscribers who haven't submitted the payment for subscription
can do so within the above-mentioned period through the Chang Hwa Bank of
Mucha Branch and its nationwide branches with the original subscription
payment documents.The subscribers who fail to submit the payment during
the period will lose the subscription right.
(3)After the end of the call period and TDCC finishes processing the
procedure, the shares will be deposited in the depository account
according to the number of shares subscribed for shareholders who
pay within the call period.
