BOCA RATON, Fla., March 6, 2024 - Celsius Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CELH) maker of Celsius®, the premium lifestyle energy drink formulated to power active lifestyles with ESSENTIAL ENERGY™, today announced company leadership team promotions.

Toby David was named Chief of Staff and will assume responsibility for managing the day-to-day operation of the organization and uniting leaders across all functions to drive strategic planning, portfolio commercialization, completion of special company-wide projects and initiatives, as well as investor relations and corporate communications. David previously was Celsius Executive Vice President. He joined Celsius in 2013 and has served in multiple leadership roles across departments and functions within the company.

Tony Guilfoyle was named Chief Commercial Officer and will assume responsibility for Celsius' global sales and commercial strategy, including direct store delivery, field sales, key accounts and food service. Guilfoyle previously was Celsius Executive Vice President, North America Sales. He joined the company in 2020 from Rockstar Energy.

Paul Storey was named Chief Supply Chain Officer and will assume responsibility for overseeing the brand's global production and operational strategies that align to business objectives. Storey previously was Celsius Senior Vice President, Operations. He joined the company in 2021 from Monster Energy Company.

Kyle Watson was named Chief Marketing Officer and will assume responsibility for the company's global brand strategy, with a continued focus on expanding portfolio brand awareness and market share in North America and emerging international markets. Watson previously was Celsius Executive Vice President, Marketing. She joined the company in 2019 from Hiball Energy.
