PRESS RELEASE Mr Pierre Guénant appointed Chairman of the CFAO Supervisory Board Ms Sylvie Rucar named Vice Chairwoman.

Mr Pauze's term as a board member had been renewed at the Shareholders' Meeting on 17 June 2016. The CFAO Supervisory Board duly noted the decision taken by Mr Jean-Charles Pauze not to seek a further term as Chairman during its meeting held that same day.

Following a proposal from the Nomination and Compensation Committee, the Board named Mr Pierre Guénant, then Vice Chairman, to replace Mr Pauze as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The Board also appointed Ms Sylvie Rucar as Vice Chairwoman.

Mr Guénant has been a member of the CFAO Supervisory Board since 16 November 2009 and Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 4 September 2012. He is also Joint Chairman of PGA Holding SARL, a member of the AdVini S.A. Supervisory Board, and a board member of HDL/Assystem and GMLI (Mauritius).

Ms Rucar has been a member of the CFAO Supervisory Board since 25 May 2012, in addition to her duties as Senior Advisor at Alix Partners and as a board member of Avril Gestion and Alstom.
