CHANGHONG JIAHUA HOLDINGS LIMITED is an investment holding company principally engaged in the distribution of information technology (IT) products. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through three segments. The IT Consumer Products segment distributes IT consumer products such as personal computers, digital products and IT accessories. The IT Corporate Products segment distributes IT corporate products, including storage products, minicomputers, networking products, personal computer servers, intelligent building management system products and unified communications and contact center products.
