CANCELLATION OF PUBLICLY HELD CHARLES VÖGELE SHARES AND DELISTING FROM SIX SWISS EXCHANGE AS OF 21 SEPTEMBER 2017

Pfäffikon, 13 September 2017 - By decision dated 22 August 2017, the Cantonal Court of the Canton of Schwyz cancelled all publicly held bearer shares of Charles Vögele Holding AG with a par value of CHF 3.00 each.

Holder of cancelled shares will be paid a cash compensation in the amount of CHF 6.38 for each cancelled share, corresponding to the offer price paid by Sempione Retail AG in its public tender offer for all publicly held shares of Charles Vögele Holding AG.

By decision of 11 September 2017, SIX Exchange Regulation definitely approved the delisting of the bearer shares of Charles Vögele Holding AG form SIX Swiss Exchange as of 21 September 2017. The last trading day of the bearer shares of Charles Vögele Holding AG will be 20 September 2017.
