Contents of the report:
The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ('Company', 'Issuer') in reference to current report RB 65/2018 informs that on November 29, 2018, the Company received a notification from RAUNDS Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (Notifying) pursuant to art. 69 par. 1 points 1 and 4 and art. 87 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (hereinafter: the Act), in which RAUNDS Sp. z o.o. informs that the company sold on 27 November 2018, 3.259.343 ordinary bearer shares of the company CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. in Oświęcim, which constituted a percentage share in the share capital of the Company: 13.03% and entitled to 3,299,343 votes from the shares held at the General Meeting, which constituted 13.03% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

Number of shares held immediately before the change: 3.259.343, ie 13.03% in the Issuer's share capital and 13.03% in the total number of votes at the Issuer's general meeting of shareholders

Number of shares held immediately after the change: 0 (zero) shares, ie 0.00% of the Issuer's share capital and 0.00% of the total number of votes at the Issuer's general meeting of shareholders.

Therefore, the Issuer informs that RAUNDS Spółka z o.o. on 27 November 2018, the Issuer's shares were changed from 13.03% to 0.00% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of shareholders of the Company in Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. (Issuer).
