The company's subsidiary, Cheng Shin Tire & Rubber (China) Co. Ltd.,
cooperated with the local government's new crown pneumonia epidemic
prevention work, and temporarily suspended work from April 6 to April 8.
Therefore, the Company will adjust the resumption schedule in accordance
with the regulations of the local government, and it is estimated that
the suspension of operations will not have a significant impact on
the Group's revenue for the year.
