China Energine International (Holdings) Limited's board of the directors announced that based on a preliminary review of the Group's unaudited consolidated management account and the information currently available, it is expected that the financial performance for the period ending 30 June 2019 may further deteriorate (as compared to the period ended 30 June 2018) mainly due to: less-than-expected delivery and settlement of orders; expected impairment provision for the assets attributable to the wind energy segment, subject to review and confirmation; and the expected decrease in the attributable result of a joint venture.
