China Gezhouba : Smooth Start-up of Licensed Units of Amursky Gas Processing Plant Project

Final Inspection of the Process Device Before Start-up

As the construction contractor of Licensed Units of the Project, CGGC undertook the construction work of 6 sets of NGL/NRU devices, 3 sets of helium removal devices and peripheral systems. After the Project is put into operation fully, it can deliver 38 billion cubic meters of commercial natural gas per year to China.

Deployment Meeting Before Start-up

In order to ensure the smooth start-up of the first NGL/NRU unit, Amur Branch of CGGC organized the construction actively and made full preparation in the early stage. Each index of process devices, electrical instruments, auxiliary systems and public works during pre-commissioning, inPidual test and cold commissioning was strictly checked to ensure that the design requirements are met.

The smooth start-up of the first NGL/NRU unit is a solid foundation for the successful start-up of the following units. Amur Branch of CGGC will be committed to carry out the performance test of each process system and process device in a concerted manner, so as to ensure the successfully start-up of subsequent devices in one time.

Located in Amur Region,Far East of Russia, Amursky Gas Processing Plant Project is the source project of the eastern line of the China-Russia Energy Corridor and the Plant will become the largest natural gas processing plant in Russia after completion. Its annual processing capacity of raw gas will reach 42 billion standard cubic meters. CGGC undertakes the construction of Licensed Units, which has a total construction period of 83 months, and is Pided into five phases. The Project is currently in the sprint stage.
