China Smarter Energy Group Holdings Limited Announces Appointment of Pun Hau Man as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of China Smarter Energy Group Holdings Limited announced that with effect from 4 May 2020, Mr. Pun Hau Man has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the company. Mr. Pun was a journalist at Wen Wei Po from January to July 2014. From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Pun was the community public relations officer of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong. Since 2020 onwards, Mr. Pun has been working at the general department of CITIC Limited.
