RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS

The board ("Board") of directors ("Directors") of China Taifeng Beddings Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Liu Qingping ("Mr. Liu") has tendered his resignation as executive Director and Chairman of the Company and Ms. Qi Tongli ("Ms. Qi") has tendered her resignation as executive Director, due to personal health reason both with effect on 13 December 2017. Ms. Qi also ceased to be the authorized representative of the Company.

Both Mr. Liu and Ms. Qi have confirmed that they have no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter relating to their resignation as directors of the Company that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or the Stock Exchange.
