China Tian Yuan Healthcare Group Limited, formerly City e-Solutions Limited, is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company engaged in investment holding and hotel businesses. The Company operates through two segments. Investment Holding segment is engaged in the investment in listed equity securities, unlisted marketable equity mutual funds held as trading securities, as well as an unlisted equity fund classified as available-for-sale financial assets. Hospitality segment is mainly engaged in the provision of hotel management, hotel reservation, revenue management services, risk management services and procurement services in the United States.
