The Communication Networks segment is engaged in the design, construction and maintenance of communication networks. The Money Lending segment is engaged in the provision of lending services. The Environmentally Intelligent Technical Products and Services segment is engaged in the provision of environmental surveillance and data analysis, environmental early warning and emergency command system construction and environmental management projects.
