    As City Steel Public Company Limited ("the Company") had disclosed the 
information on September 27, 2021 regarding the reorganization of the Group's
structure by doing the Entire Business Transfer (EBT) between 2 subsidiaries
that 99.99% owned by the Company. City Steel Products Company Limited, which
manufacture and sell of metal products will transfer its entire business to Mark
Worldwide Company Limited, which also operates in manufacturing and sales of
metal products as well. Once the transfer process completes, City Steel Products
 will file the dissolution and liquidation to the Ministry of Commerce later on.

       Currently, the Entire Business Transfer processes had completed and City 
Steel Products Company Limited had already finished the registration for
liquidation with the Ministry of Commerce on March 23, 2022.

      This Entire Business Transfer is regarded as internal reorganization of 
entities under common control and has no effect on the Group's operation.
Therefore, this transaction is not considered as connected transactions or
acquisition and disposition of assets.
