On April 19, 2016, Civista Bancshares, Inc. announced the hiring of Charles A. Parcher, who has been appointed to serve as Senior Vice President of CBI effective as of April 19, 2016. In addition, Mr. Parcher will serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of CBI's banking subsidiary, Civista Bank (Civista). He most recently served as Senior Vice President at KeyBank in Toledo, Ohio from 2015 until April 2016.
