Clipper Logistics plc Announces Board Changes

Clipper Logistics plc announced that Senior Independent non-Executive Director Paul Hampden Smith, is to step down from the board effectively immediately, to pursue other business interests. The company also announced that Ron Series, a non-Executive Director of the Company since its initial public offering in 2014, will move up to Senior Independent Director.
