CMIC Ocean En-Tech Holding Co., Ltd. Appoints Sun Dongchang as Independent Non-Executive Director

The board of directors of CMIC Ocean En-Tech Holding Co., Ltd. announced that with effect from 12 November 2019, Mr. Sun Dongchang is appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company. Mr. Sun is currently a professor-level senior engineer of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau, oil field senior expert, expert on "government special allowance" of the State Council, senior expert of the Drilling Technology Institute, Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau, and consultant of State Oil Drilling and Exploitation Equipment and Tool Standardization Committee. He was the deputy secretary general of Chinese Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers during the period from 2003 to 2013.

The Company serves the oil and gas exploration industry, as well as offshore engineering asset management business. It provides drilling packages for entire offshore platforms and offers infrastructure solutions for production platforms, workover platforms, and other ancillary platforms required for offshore oil and gas fields after drilling Jack-up platform solutions.
