Tokyo, August 1, 2022 - CMIC HOLDINGS Co., Ltd.(TSE Prime:2309) today announced the status relating to acquisition of its own shares under Article 459, paragraph 1 of the Companies Act of Japan, as follows.

1. Class of shares acquired: Common stock of CMIC HOLDINGS
2. Total number of shares acquired: 58,500shares
3. Aggregate amount of acquisition cost: 86,936,194yen
4. Period of acquisition: From July 1, 2022 to July 31, 2022
5. Method of acquisition: Purchase on the Tokyo Stock Exchange
