Cobham plc announced that John McAdam, Norton Schwartz and Alison Wood will join the Audit Committee, effective from April 25, 2018. Michael Hagee, Birgit Nørgaard and Alan Semple have not offered themselves for re-election and will therefore step down from the Audit Committee with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on April 26, 2018.
